Terms of Service
These terms explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how our subscription works. Plain language, no tricks.
Agreement to these terms
By using our website or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
If anything here is unclear, contact us before you subscribe. We would rather explain it than have you sign something you do not understand.
Our services
We provide website design and hosting, search engine optimisation, paid advertising management, local listing management and marketing analytics.
Each service page describes what is included in each plan. Anything not listed is out of scope unless we agree it in writing — a quick email is enough.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Where we need access to a platform such as Google Ads or Meta Business Suite, we will ask you to add us as a user. You keep ownership of every account and may remove our access at any time.
Fees and payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is separate and is paid directly to the advertising platform.
Invoices are due within seven days. Late payments may pause work after a written reminder. We do not charge interest without telling you first.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide materials we reasonably need — brand assets, copy, access and approvals — within agreed timelines.
You confirm that content you supply does not infringe anyone else's rights and complies with the advertising policies of the platforms we use.
Delays caused by missing materials may shift delivery dates. We will always tell you when that happens.
Intellectual property
Once an invoice is paid, you own the final website design, content and creative we produced for you.
We keep ownership of our internal tools, templates, frameworks and any pre-existing material, and license them to you for use with your project.
We may feature the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions are month to month. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.
Work completed before cancellation remains payable. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
On cancellation we will export your website files and content and hand over any accounts we created for you.
Availability and liability
We aim for 99.9% hosting availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit. Our total liability in any month is limited to the fees paid in that month.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
