Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible, keep it for as short a time as we can, and never sell it. This policy explains the details.
Who we are
WebServicers is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@webservicers.com.
If you are a client, we may also process personal data on your behalf — for example, when you send us a customer list for advertising. In that case you are the controller and we act as your processor.
Information we collect
Contact details you give us, such as name, email address, phone number and company.
Billing details, including invoice address and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Usage data, such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, collected through analytics.
Project data, including files, feedback and messages you share while working with us.
How we use your information
To deliver the services you have purchased and to communicate about your account.
To improve our website and services, using aggregated analytics rather than individual tracking.
To send marketing emails you have asked for. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful.
You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not affect your ability to use the site.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate: hosting, email, payments and analytics. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
We may share data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We never sell personal data. We do not share your customer lists with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
Client project data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for seven years afterwards to meet accounting requirements.
Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression period to make sure we do not contact you again.
Analytics data is retained for 14 months in an aggregated form.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing or receive it in a portable format.
You can object to direct marketing at any time, and we will stop immediately.
To exercise any right, email privacy@webservicers.com. We respond within 30 days and will never charge for a reasonable request.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards from our privacy team.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Contact and complaints
Contact privacy@webservicers.com with any question about this policy.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the issue first.
